Questions about the marketing
What does marketing cost with you?
Marketing is part of the subscription, not a separate invoice. The «Website + marketing» plan is NOK 2,790/month ex. VAT and includes a blog, Facebook and Instagram publishing, Google Business Profile setup and a monthly status report — on top of everything in the Website plan. No setup fee, and the agreement runs for 12 months from launch.
Do we need a website from you to get the marketing?
Yes. Publishing happens from the website we build and operate — that is why content is written in one place and goes out to several channels without anything being copied between tools. Without the website with us that link does not exist, and it becomes a plain agency delivery instead.
Who writes the content?
We produce the drafts and you approve before anything is published. You can also write it yourself and use the platform purely to distribute — the site has a CMS you control, and an AI assistant that suggests content based on what you do. You decide how involved you want to be.
Which channels is the content published to?
Facebook and Instagram are included in the plan, along with a blog on your own website and Google Business Profile setup. The post is written in one place, you pick the channels, and publish right away or schedule it.
Do we see what the marketing actually delivers?
Yes. You get a monthly status report, and the numbers come from the channels themselves and appear in your own dashboard. If a metric is unavailable — because the platform removed it, for instance — we say so, rather than showing a number we cannot stand behind.
Is there a lock-in period?
The agreement runs for 12 months from launch and then continues at the same monthly price with no new lock-in. You can cancel whenever you like. The content and the data are yours, and on termination you get a full export of the database, all files and the documentation in standard formats.
Can we publish ourselves, without going through you?
Yes. Publishing happens from your own dashboard on the website: you write the post, pick the channels and send. That is the whole point of the model — nobody to contact to get a post out, and no agency in the loop.
What is included beyond the publishing itself?
Everything in the Website plan comes with it: a complete website, hosting and operation, maintenance and small changes, a contact form and technical SEO groundwork. On top of that come the blog, publishing to Facebook and Instagram, Google Business Profile and the monthly status report — at the same monthly price.
