Frequently asked questions
Is there a lock-in period?
Yes, the agreement runs for 12 months from launch. Until launch you pay nothing — the website is finished before the first invoice.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The agreement continues at the same monthly price, with no new lock-in. You can cancel whenever you like, and we keep running and maintaining the website for as long as the agreement lasts.
What does it cost to add more features?
Maintenance and small changes are included in every plan. If you need larger new functionality, you get a fixed price before we start. In Custom system, further development is prioritised as part of the agreement.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the text, images and data belong to you. If you end the agreement, you take everything with you.
Why a subscription instead of a one-off price?
Because a website is not finished the day it launches. The monthly price covers hosting, operations, maintenance and further development — and you avoid a large upfront investment. We earn our keep by making the website work over time.
What happens if Webagent disappears?
You will not be left with nothing. If the agreement ends, you get a full export of the database, all files and the documentation, so another provider can take over.
What does a website actually cost?
