Website with digital menu
You update the menu yourself, and the change is live right away. No PDFs, no waiting for an agency.
Webagent's restaurant system brings together your website, digital menu, food safety records (IK-mat), table bookings, catering and staff scheduling in one platform for restaurants, cafés, bars and catering companies in Norway. Instead of five tools that don't talk to each other, you get one system where bookings, menu and staff portal are connected.

01The problem
If you run a restaurant or café, you probably know the pattern: the menu lives as a PDF on the website, table bookings come in by phone in the middle of the lunch rush, the staff schedule lives in a spreadsheet, and the food safety records sit in a binder in the kitchen. Each tool works on its own — but none of them are connected.
The result is double work. Change the menu and it has to be updated in several places. A catering request lands in an inbox someone has to remember to follow up. And when the food safety authority announces an inspection, the evening is spent digging out paperwork.
02The solution
We build one system where the parts actually talk to each other: the website always shows the current menu, table bookings are confirmed automatically, catering requests are collected in one overview, and staff get their own portal with schedules, shift swaps and time tracking.
We don't force you to replace everything. Sometimes we replace the systems you use today, sometimes we connect the ones that already work — your POS can stay. If it has an API, we'll connect to it. The goal is the same: one place where the whole operation lives.
03Included
Everything below is part of the same system — not add-ons with their own logins and their own invoices.
You update the menu yourself, and the change is live right away. No PDFs, no waiting for an agency.
Guests book a table on the website around the clock and get an automatic confirmation. You see every reservation in one calendar.
Business customers send requests through the website. Every order is collected in one overview with status, so nothing slips through.
Temperature logs, routines and deviations are documented digitally. When the inspector asks, you pull up the records in minutes.
Staff see their shifts, swap shifts between themselves and track hours — in the same system as the rest of the operation.
We host, monitor and keep developing the solution over time. You have one partner to call, not four vendors.
04Customer case
For Oseana Kafé & Restaurant at the Oseana cultural center in Os, we built a website with menu, table reservations, catering orders and a staff portal with shift planning — all in one system.
Today Oseana publishes its menu, events and social media content directly from its website. What used to require several tools and several logins now happens in one place.
05Questions and answers
A website starts at 1,740 NOK/month excl. VAT, and a tailored system with industry tools from 4,190 NOK/month. No setup cost — the website is finished before your first payment, and the agreement runs for 12 months from launch.
Yes. We build around what works today. If your POS has an API, we connect to it, so you don't have to replace something that works.
The internal controls are logged digitally in the staff portal: temperature logs, cleaning routines and deviations. The documentation is kept in one place and ready whenever the food safety authority asks for it.
Yes. Table booking happens on the website around the clock, and guests get an automatic confirmation. You see all reservations in one place and manage capacity yourself.
We start with a free sketch — a clickable prototype of your website within 3 business days. If you say yes, we build it out, and you pay only once the website is ready.
We usually build a new website on our platform, so the menu, bookings and staff portal are actually connected. The content you already have — copy, photos and menus — comes along, so nothing is lost.
