In many transport companies, the driving log is kept on paper, routes are planned manually by whoever knows the vehicles best, and maintenance happens when something breaks — not before. The overview exists, but it lives in the heads of a few key people.
Meanwhile, customers call to ask where their shipment is, and whoever answers has to call the driver to find out. That's time lost at both ends, every single day.
02The solution
Real-time overview instead of phone rounds
We build one system where the fleet is visible in real time: where the vehicles are, which jobs are in progress, and which vehicles are due for service. Driver logs are kept digitally from the phone, and the maintenance plan sends alerts before anything becomes critical.
Your customers get their own portal where they track their shipments themselves. And if you already use systems for accounting or payroll, they can stay — if the system has an API, we'll connect to it.

Frava
Frava is Norway’s freight marketplace — it connects people who need something shipped with drivers already going that way. Frava is our own SaaS, built and operated by Webagent, and it runs in production today.
It is the same platform the fleet system is built on: jobs, drivers and status updates to the customer are already solved there. Adapted for a transport company it becomes vehicles, routes and a maintenance plan instead of freight jobs in a marketplace.
We are honest about where we stand: Frava is our own product, not a customer case. We do not yet have a named transport customer to point to. What you get is a partner who has already built and operated a transport system — and who stays on after launch.

What does fleet management cost?
A tailored system starts at 4,190 NOK/month excl. VAT. If you mainly need a website, that starts at 1,740 NOK/month. No setup cost, and the agreement runs for 12 months from launch.
Do our drivers have to learn a new system?
Drivers log from their phones, and we build the solution around how you actually work today — not the other way around. We adjust along the way until it fits.
Can you integrate with the systems we use today?
Usually, yes. Accounting, payroll and other line-of-business systems can stay — if the system has an API, we'll connect to it and gather the data in one overview.
How does the customer portal work?
Your customers log in and see the status of their own shipments and jobs. Fewer status calls for you, and your customers get answers whenever it suits them.
How long does it take to get started?
We start with a free sketch — a clickable prototype of your website within 3 business days. If you say yes, we build it out, and you pay only once the website is ready.
Does it work for small fleets?
Yes. The point is the same with five vehicles as with fifty: jobs, logs and maintenance in one place, instead of spreadsheets, binders and text messages. The system is set up with what you need, and grows with the fleet.
Who owns the job data if we change supplier?
You do. Jobs, vehicle data and driver logs are your property, and the domain is registered in your name. On termination you get a full export of the database, all files and the documentation in standard formats another supplier can build on.
Where is the data stored, and who has access?
In a PostgreSQL database at Supabase in the AWS eu-west-1 region in Ireland — that is, in the EU. Access control is enforced at the database level with Row Level Security, and every account is isolated from the others. Actions in the system are logged with who did what and when.
